Michelle Keogh

Michelle Keogh joined Beale & Co in 2023 from the Professional Indemnity and Global Risks team of a global law firm.

Michelle is a litigation lawyer who works with a wide range of international and domestic commercial clients across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters. She has extensive experience in dispute resolution, professional indemnity and commercial litigation.

She also advises commercial clients in respect of their hospitality licensing requirements within the Republic of Ireland.

Michelle qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and worked within the commercial litigation department of a firm involved in multijurisdictional litigation including the Custom House Capital Scheme, the North South Interconnector, Windfarm developments within the Republic of Ireland as well as a wide variety of construction disputes. Michelle joined a global law firm in 2019 working within the professional indemnity and global risks team.

Michelle is currently acting for leading Insurers and private clients in the defence of complex and high-value general liability claims, claims relating to financial advisers, solicitors, architects, engineers and building surveyors including coverage disputes, subrogation and recovery.
